Artist's Biography
Cindy was born and raised in Northern California. In the early 1980's, she and her two children moved to Michigan. In 2005 she relocated to Wilmington, Delaware, where she now resides.
Cindy enjoys art and has been involved with various forms of art for a good part of her life; with drawing being "her passion". Her artistic talents were also predominant in her careers as a Hairstylist in the 80's, Graphic Arts/Logo Designer for one company, and Newsletter Creator & Editor at another place of employment. She is currently enjoying other successful hobbies such as Photography, Writing and Web Page Design. Her most recent accomplishments are her Christian websites: Christians-Today.com, SalvationPrayer.info, Christian-Newswire.com, JesusMySavior.info, OnFire4Jesus.info, JesusWillReturn.info and a Women's Online Magazine: WomansInfo.com. A majority of her free time is spent working on these websites in order to help others, by providing the most accurate and up-to-date information available.
Cindy grew up in an artistic family and has achieved her own success in art with no formal training. She has a "raw talent" for drawing and sketching, which truly shows in her work.
Charcoal Pencil Art is Cindy's favorite type of media because it is a unique form of art that takes patience along with skill, to bring a picture to life with a photo-like quality. Although learning to create realistic works of art is a slow process, the quality, technique and skill in her work has increasingly improved over time. Cindy is currently studying new techniques that will enable her to advance her skills to a whole new level.
